One of the most difficult components of developing a powerful, strong, large and profitable organization is sponsoring new associates onto your business team. 

We all hear about the ways successful people in your upline has developed exactly this type of business who also has the money, cars, homes along with all the glitter and bling that goes along with success in Network Marketing. 



This IS proof that everyone can be just as successful if you follow their same techniques:

        1. 3 - 30 foot rule

        2. 3 - way calling

        3. Offer samples of products

        4. Hand out magazines

        5. Hand out CD's &/or DVD's

        6. Talk with all your friends and family

        7. Follow your dollar

        8. Who do you know - Pull out your cell phone......

        9. Follow-up, Follow-up, Follow-up, etc.

Personally, my friends and family don't want to hear about anymore of my 'ventures'.  Actually, rarely do they even ask how my business is going for fear that I'm going to try and 'pitch' them again.  No more meeting at my house because nobody will come.  So where are you suppose to find new motivated people to build an organization?

 

There's a reason that generally only 3 - 5% of the associates are successful.  Talking about all the old techniques used above don't get me wrong, some people are VERY successful using them. 

Some people can personally recruit thousands of new people, although here's the problem, 90% generally don't do anything.  So now what are you told by your upline..... Focus on the 10% that actually *are* "doing the business", that's how you can build a huge organization.

Here's the kicker, if I'm spending all this time recruiting 10 new people and only 1 - 3 stay in the business, isn't this a waste of time initially?  Some will say you need to look for the diamond in the rough.  When you find them, spend most of your time with them. 

There's a lot of wisdom to this belief and you should spend most of your time with motivated, like-minded people because they will help you build a strong home business.

 

Here's a question  for you, "What if I have people come to me looking for my opportunity, then I can sift through which ones I want to be on MY team?" 

This is a much better way of using your time effectively instead of 'taking a shot in the dark with the waitress, the guy at the gas station or friends and family who don't want to talk to you in the first place.  Talking with this  warm market seems much better than cold calling. 

 

Let's face it, many people have an extremely difficult time talking with strangers like the person next to you on a plane for example; or the person next to you in line at the store. 

A great majority don't even want to give you the time of day much less listen to you about your opportunity. 

Times have changed, many people like to stay in their comfort zone and anything that threatens that is looked down on and avoided.

 

Sponsoring in this day and age needs to change.  The old ways are no longer truly effective related to the attrition of those who 'sign-up' although will not extend themselves past their comfort zone.  We need to look for more effective ways of sponsoring in today's world.  Enter Magnetic Sponsoring and Black Belt Recruiting
