Do your best to avoid the person recruiting you before doing your due-diligence. Research the company, research whatever they are proclaiming regarding their compensation plan. Call the company if need be. Some of these people can drone on and on.... Blah, Blah, Blah metaphorically vomiting all over you about this great opportunity.



Stop them and ask them if they can summarize what their company does in 60 seconds or less; then see if they can and if it makes sense. Does it spark an interest to learn more?? If so, get more information.



Remember, you are evaluating a new future in your life, a home business, make an 'informed' decision. Don't be persuaded or convinced by someone else. The product or service should be able to 'stand-alone' on its own merits.
